The Mardome Trade Opening Polycarbonate Rooflight is designed for simple, secure installation on flat or low-pitch roofs. It can be mounted onto an existing builder’s upstand or installed with a supplied insulated kerb. The opening mechanism is available in both manual and powered options for added flexibility.

Installation Guidelines:Suitable for flat or low-pitch roofs up to 15°.Can be installed on an existing, fully weathered upstand or with a Brett Martin insulated kerb.Ensure correct placement and sealing of manual or electric actuator mechanisms.Manual versions are operated via winding pole; electric units require mains power connection by a qualified installer.Ensure glazing is installed with the UV-resistant surface facing upward (as marked).Thermal fracture caution: Avoid placing blinds directly beneath the glazing; use light-coloured blinds set away from the unit.
