Energysaver FAIRs are triple skin rooflights that have been designed with a transparent internal insulating membrane to partition the space within the rooflight and create an additional heat barrier, providing outstanding insulation for minimal extra cost.
Provide U values down to 1.0W/m²K
Energysaver 2.0 reduces heat loss through the rooflight by 33%; lower U value options offer further savings
Minimal reduction in light transmission
On appropriately specified buildings, will reduce total heat loss over whole roof by 20% or more
Minimal thermal bridges
Reduced condensation risk, making it ideal for sports halls and other high occupancy buildings
Reinforcing end panels and advanced sealants for robust, easy to handle units
Energysaver, like all Brett Martin Daylight Systems' FAIRs
Incorporate unique, rigid Hardpak foam internal supports, allowing fasteners to be fixed securely without flexing the sheet
Hardpak supports avoid ‘dishing’ around fixings which can result in water pooling, speeds up installation and avoids leakage
In all Brett Martin Daylight Systems' FAIRs, including Energysaver, the Underlap Strip option is recommended, allowing standard stitching screws to be used instead of expanding rubber bolts at side laps
Developed to ensure longevity and weathertightness
GRP and polycarbonate Energysaver FAIRs are available
