This position requires the successful candidate to provide technical sales support at the regional level to customers (contractors, architects, roofing contractors and building owners) to achieve pre-determined sales objectives. The candidate needs to have excellent communication and organisational skills, knowledge of the roofing industry is of benefit but not essential as comprehensive training is given. The position reports to the Sales Director, Commercial Rooflight Division.

Key responsibilities include:

• Position Brett Martin Daylight Systems as a market leader within the roofing industry.
• Sales of Brett Martin Daylight systems to meet agreed budgets
• Identification and follow-up of new market opportunities
• Specification activity through Architects, Surveyors, Contractors and Building Owners including all other influencing parties
• Conducting roof surveys as and when required
• Territory management including working with roofing contractors
• Provide weekly, monthly sales activity reports
• Manage project pricing
• Presentation of CPD seminar
• Specification writing
• Other projects as they arise
• Updating of the Brett Martin CRM system.

• Demonstrated a proven success in their previous selling role.
• 3-5 years of sales or related experience, preferably to the architectural and roofing contractor client base.

• IT proficient
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding presentation abilities
• Valid driver license
